About The Opportunity The Senior SysEng, Client Engineering, will be responsible for the delivery and support of the architecture of Compute/Deploy/Tools infrastructure and associated management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining innovative solutions and partnering with WeWork's Information Security, Service Desk and other functional teams to support the WeWork environment, including automation, client fleet management (Windows/Mac/iOS, Android, Chromebook), OS and Apps patching/packaging/deployment. This position reports directly to the Director of Client Engineering. Core Responsibilities Manage, administrate, and help scale WeWork's global fleet of MDM connected devices (macOS, iOS, Android, Windows, Chromebook) Build tools and processes that improve the security, reliability, compliance, and automation of our fleet. Automate and operationalize the endpoint lifecycle, streamlining the onboarding and offboarding process for WeWork employees. Automate application distribution and management using internal / external tools. Build detailed monitoring and reporting dashboards for the fleet and related infrastructure. Build and maintain Service Desk focused tools to help improve efficiency around the most common requests. Maintain automation workflows and integrations to make our applications work better together. Collaborate with the broader IT services teams to provide training and documentation for Client Engineering tools. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5
years of relevant industry experience or combination of education and/or experience. Experience supporting Mac and Windows OS platforms in an enterprise environment, inclusive of software patches, application deployment, and risk mitigation. Experience with MDM software:
WorkspaceONE, JAMF, Intune, or similar Experience with automation tools such as:
tray.io, mulesoft, zapier, etc. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for SaaS solutions Experience scripting in one or more of the following:
Bash, Powershell, Applescript, Python, Perl Intermediate knowledge of Mac and Windows OS platforms Intermediate knowledge of performance monitors and debugging tools.
