Our Workforce Solutions Consultant is a business development role, that will establish and develop innovative partnerships with area hospitals, hospital management companies, community colleges, nursing organizations, and other organizations to promote our degree programs. This unique role encompasses promotion, outreach, marketing, public relations, and healthcare while representing a fast-growing leader in healthcare education. In partnership with our internal education and marketing teams, you will cultivate strong relationships with healthcare industry leaders to develop strategic opportunities for growth. Your exceptional presentation and people skills will be tremendously valuable as you represent the institution at a variety of engagements, including job fairs, orientations, graduations, lunch and learns and other meetings/events. Territory:
Oregon and Washington Responsibilities Procure new organizational contracts and maintain current relationships. Meet with current and prospective partners to further develop new student sources Under direct supervision, negotiates new and revised contracts with external organizational partners. Attend events such as recruitment events and trade shows in the healthcare industry to market programs and develop inquiries. Under guidance from manager, the position would be involved in interviewing, training and developing lower level staff members. This would involve one-on-one training/development sessions, suggesting development plans along with talent management initiatives Recommends changes in procedures to improve effectiveness of Workforce Solutions. You currently reside in the assigned territory Bachelor's degree in business or another directly relevant discipline. A master's degree is a plus. 5
years of successful sales experience, including managing a sales process 2
years providing services and/or education directly to the health care industry Ability to establish strong relationships within the local hospital and health care management industry Ability to consistently communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing You are motivated, ambitious, and energetic, with a service and strategic mindset You have an appealing personality and are capable of quickly building rapport and inspiring trust, naturally effective when interacting with a wide variety of people in individual and group environments You are a flexible and adaptable team player who enjoys collaboration and sharing successes You consistently make ethical decisions and can focus on doing what is best for students and Chamberlain University
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
