Smartronix is seeking an Agile Transformation Coach to support the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) IT Group within the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This position will be a Certified SAFe Program Consultant with at least three years of experience to help drive the transformation of the DDS IT group as they transition from using the current Waterfall methodology to using a new Agile framework to deliver software projects. The Agile framework that DDS is adopting is the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The position requires a balance of expert Agile (SAFe) knowledge (the process), expert Agile DevOps systems knowledge (the tool), combined with strong coaching, training, documentation, and project management experience.
Responsibilities:
Helps DDS achieve business agility via implementing Agile via the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Understands and helps communicate across the DDS organization the business need, urgency, and vision for the transformation to SAFe and the adoption of Agile. Trains DDS leaders via socializing the new concepts and providing orientation and overview training. Teaches 'Leading SAFe' to DDS leaders, managers, and stakeholders. Helps DDS establish a Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and assist the LACE with building and executing the transformation backlog. Works with DDS stakeholders to understand the flow of value, facilitate the identification of Operational Value Streams, Development Value Streams and Agile Release Trains (ART) to find those that are the most opportunistic for launch. Participates in the creation of a plan for the rollout of SAFe at DDS, communicate upcoming changes, and establish metrics. Prepares for the ART launch by helping to facilitate the creation of new DDS Agile Team(s). Trains or source training of DDS leaders, Agile teams, and specialty roles--such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Release Train Engineer (RTE). Assesses and evolves the launch of the SAFe program and DDS backlog readiness. Plans, guides and participates in initial critical DDS events like Program Increment (PI) Planning and Inspect and Adapt (I&A). Helps establish the launch date and calendar for DDS ART and Agile Team events. Coaches DDS leaders and stakeholders to build and maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs. Guides the shift from project-to-product with a focus on Customer Centricity and Design Thinking as part of Agile Product Delivery. Helps the DDS team to establish an Agile culture and mindset and associated Agile technical practices. Communicates progress and highlights early accomplishments. Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Plans and schedules project deliverables, goals, milestones. Performs team assessments and evaluations. None; ability to obtain Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience is required Minimum 3 years of experience planning, coaching and implementing IT organization Agile transformations Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes Minimum 3 years of experience leading Agile teams inside a SAFe enterprise Minimum 3 years of experience using DevOps applications (ex. Microsoft Azure, Atlassian Jira, etc.) to influence the application lifecycle throughout its plan, develop, deliver, and operate phases. Demonstrated expertise in business agility Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams Excellent writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills Must be self- motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills Well-developed critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent meeting leadership and requirements gathering skills Demonstrated ability as a flexible, process-oriented, logical thinker and team player Desired Skills:
Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) a plus Certified SAFe Agilist a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Azure application a plus Former local, state, federal government experience a plus Vaccination is a requirement of the position per Executive Order 14042. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
