Responsibilities:
Prioritize issues of varying severity, and effectively manage the resolution or escalation of all issues within accepted service levels Manage cases efficiently within our ticketing system Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues Update managers and management team on ticket status as required Includes working with Cloud tools such as Apache, Tomcat, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SALT, SQLDeveloper, Apache Directory Studio, and VMWare Operating systems include Solaris, Linux, Windows Motivational Fit:
Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines This position may require nights and weekends periodically Able to work and contribute to a team environment Flexible, detail oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and work independently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred background:

years working in an IT Help Desk type environment Understanding of Cloud technology Basic command line Linux Skills Basic Oracle skills Basic troubleshooting skills Basic
Qualifications:
Associates degree in a technical field (IT, CS, Programming, etc.)
2 years of technical work experience OR Bachelors in a technical field (IT, CS, Programming, etc.) Must be a US Citizen Must have or be able to obtain a Security level clearance #LI-AD1 PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which may include the background and experience of all applicants, which can cause your compensation to vary. PTC anticipates the Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to start at a minimum annual salary of $50,000. The actual pay may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or payment of any relocation expenses that might be incurred.
