The role SoFi is seeking a Director Strategic Partnerships to join us as we continue to rapidly expand our innovative partnerships across SoFi's growing number of products and into new verticals. You will partner with all key lines of business on building partnerships that deliver value to our customers and expand the customers SoFi's serves. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and other company-wide stakeholders on a daily basis. You will be involved in envisioning partnership concepts, identifying and sourcing new partners, driving partner engagement and deal negotiation, executing and onboarding new partners, and ongoing relationship management of critical new and existing partnerships that will drive business goals. What you'll do:
Work cross-functionally across SoFi with teams to identify areas of opportunity for partnerships Source, negotiate, and execute complex strategic and marketing partnerships with a wide array of partners across industry verticals. Own the end-to-end contract negotiation process alongside key stakeholders Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, operations, and business units to identify impactful opportunities and drive partnerships to execution. Build strong relationships with partners supporting current and future partnership opportunities Manage partner relationships and performance post-launch Develop creative and strategic assessments of partnership opportunities Represent SoFi externally at trade shows, events, and partner presentations What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred 10
years of demonstrated success in partnerships or business development group that resulted in user and revenue growth via partnerships. Strong track record for winning new business or growing existing business relationships Highly analytical, strategic thinker and data driven, but also a creative problem solver and innovator. Ability to both define and execute business strategies Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, and quickly build consensus with senior level internal and external stakeholders. Collegial, high energy, and persistent; a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to create and present compelling decks/presentations for internal and external use. Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. Strong analytical acumen. Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and an ability to pivot quickly Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners such as marketing, engineering, data and business teams Why you'll love working here:

Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
