The role The Business Lead, SoFi Money is responsible for ensuring the success of SoFi's consumer business with a focus on customer outcome and overall franchise benefit. In this role, you will need experience and understanding of how to scale, operationalize, strategize and optimize a business with great growth potential. What you'll do:
Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables for the Money product engaging with key stakeholders across all functions Balance the risk and reward tradeoffs to optimize the overall outcome for the SOFI member Continuously manage the prioritization of various initiatives with a focused customer outcome and for the benefit of the overall franchise Work with Marketing to drive optimal marketing spend Ensure appropriate and accurate flow of information across all constituents Manage the long-term growth of the business in line with company goals, while meeting short term deliverables Participate in business development activities as needed with key stakeholders Develop and provide regular reporting on business performance/analytics and ensure timely communication to the Executive Team and the Board Actively engage in shaping the overall SoFi member strategy for the product that is in sync with the overall Member vision and integrating seamlessly with other consumer products What you'll need:
Minimum of 5 years in Business Management and/or Business Strategy experience in the consumer banking space; Overall 7-10 years of consumer banking and/or payment business experience or financial consulting space Must be able to drive timely desired outcomes working collaboratively with various functional stakeholders i.e. take important tactical decisions to move the business forward. In-depth understanding of the financials (P&L) dynamics and deposit pricing vs. revenue trade-offs Demonstrated strong focus on customer experience and convenience when designing new features or programs A good blend of demonstrated business, marketing, design and execution skills preferable Nice to have:
Success having managed a Deposit/Debit Card product, ideally with product development responsibilities Experience developing consumer financial products and working in the digital space is preferable Why you'll love working here:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Banking, Loans & Insurance, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
