Job Duties:
Oversee a team of Engineers on the Money Platform team; Learn the various domains that fall under the purview of the time to fund team; Participate in the technical aspect and operational requirements of the role, including requirements gathering, coding, incident management and bug triaging; Mentor/develop employees; Communicate, and enforce goals and objectives, feedback, measurable, and improvement plans; Monitor and understand the key metrics governing your product area, with an eye toward continuously improving them through ongoing product innovation; Establish product delivery timelines. Position will supervise 5 subordinates with job titles of:
Staff Engineer, Senior Engineer, Engineer, Software Engineering. Telecommuting Permitted. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, or related field, and two (2) years of experience in related occupations or two (2) years of experience in the job offered. Special Skill Requirements:
(1) experience with programming (2 years); (2) experience with code quality, performance, and architectural principles (2 years); (3) experience with coding refining designs, working through code reviews, and managing pull requests (2 years). Why you'll love working here:
