At its core, OPIS uses a set of complex IT systems and tools, handling huge amounts of data in a reliable way and providing customers with business applications to use this data as efficiently as possible. YOUR ROLE We are looking for an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master that will plan, lead, organize, and motivate an agile project team to achieve a high level of performance and quality while delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to the organization, its customers, and end-users. The IT Project Manager may be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects and/or initiatives using agile methods in a fast-paced environment. He/She may play a number of different roles including business analyst, ScrumMaster, software tester, liaison, data analyst, product manager, and trainer/coaching addition to project manager to deliver successful project results. years of increasing responsibility as Project Manager or Scrum Master 7
years of people-leader skills in coaching or mentoring Experience managing large-scale strategic projects in a fast-paced Agile environment Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments Effective communicator with development and business teams DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
