The Prototype Battery Build Team is responsible for supporting advanced engineering development activities throughout the Powertrain organization, including prototype build and test of hardware for Lucid Motors' next-generation HV Battery programs at our headquarters in Newark, CA.
We are currently seeking a Logistics Associate to provide logistical support for the Prototype Battery Build team in the HV lab.
The candidate must have a can-do attitude, possess the ability to learn quickly, to perform daily duties with the utmost care and to abide by all required safety regulations.
The Role:
Perform daily material handling of components, finished products, etc.
o Materials / products crating / uncrating o Support parts kit setup for prototype production / builds o Support prototype parts inventory efforts o Perform yard storage maintenance / organizing o Support all materials recycling efforts o Perform other related duties, as assigned o Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting o Handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines o Communicate efficiently and effectively across all levels within Lucid to provide administrative support, as needed o Analyze and review internal processes and propose process improvements, as necessary, to eliminate redundancies, optimize process flow and increase efficiency Requirements
Qualifications:
Required forklift certification o Experience working in warehouse / logistics environments o Ability to undertake lifting heavy objects, moving materials, etc.
o A desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment o A proactive, self-starter mindset with a high ability to adapt o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Willingness to learn.
