About the team The EA product Operations team is a global team that supports Product, Business, and internal users throughout the lifecycle of EA(enterprise applications) products including development, launch, and iteration, with the goal of improving product quality, user satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.
About the role As Product Operations Manager for EA (Enterprise Applications), you will be responsible for better organizational efficiency and risk control through system implementation and operations.
The ideal candidate will need to have product operations experience from global enterprises, good logic and communication skills, and a good logical understanding of enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
Create and improve upon operational processes within team/company to streamline operations and keep us operating at high efficiency Build and maintain healthy partnerships with stakeholder teams such as Product, Engineering, and Global CSR, etc.
Collect user feedback and scope out business requirements by collaborating with business teams, Product and Engineering Conduct user research and generate insight to support product roadmap, feature prioritization, and development Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product launch readiness; develop SOPs, conduct user training, manage internal communications, and provide technical and system support during product rollout Conduct data analysis and leverage user insights to inform product prioritization and roadmaps and evaluate system and operational performance Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, product marketing, consulting, or technical program management with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Business Mandarin-speaking fluency to communicate product and technical requirements with teams in China Program management experience supporting large cross-functional initiatives Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of in-depth interpretation through data analysis and qualitative insights Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, and attention to details Preferred
Qualifications:
