We are gearing up for beta launch of our first-of-a-kind, two-sided deal platform.
The Bonterms Platform will enable parties to easily enter into our Standard Agreements, which are vetted by a who's-who Committee of lawyers from F500, tech and leading law firms and already in use on a daily basis by enterprise customers and providers.
As a Strategic Operations Manager in our San Francisco HQ, you'll spearhead initiatives across all areas of our business, including customer experience, go-to-market, platform operations and strategic planning.
Bonterms is obsessed with quality and building for the most discerning customers in the world.
We are funded by XYZ Capital and the law firm of Wilson Sonsini.
Bonterms is a SaaS company, not a law firm or legal services provider.
Strategic Operations Manager You will:
Design and implement systems that engage and support users of the Bonterms Platform across the journey from prospect to power user.
Innovate on strategies to grow our broader Standard Agreement user community.
Collaborate with your Bonterms teammates on discrete projects within their functions.
Problem-solve with both words and numbers.
Have an open lane for scaling your responsibilities.
Leave smooth, well-documented processes behind you everywhere you go.
Requirements Skills Raw smarts:
you possess strong verbal and analytical skills and are keen to take on and solve complex problems from start to finish.
Net it out communicator:
you absorb, understand and distill complex information quickly and with flair.
Flexible:
you are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment that requires managing competing priorities, quick and frequent pivots, and continually building new processes.
Experience 5
years of professional experience, ideally at a top tier consulting firm, as part of a strategy or business operations team at a technology company or at high-growth startup.
High academic achievement (MBA a plus).
Experience deploying, selling, marketing or supporting enterprise SaaS products.
No legal training or experience required.
