Maintenance Technician

We will provide a company cell phone.
We are small team with many properties! Days will be full and exciting.
We need a tech we can trust to communicate kindly, show up on time and show an attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Maintain overall cleanliness of community, including grounds and common areas, Complete service requests in a timely fashion.
Prepare apartment homes at turnover for new residents.
Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
Communicate daily with Supervisor including work order status & details
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair.
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Requirements:
Must have own vehicle and valid proof of insurance.
We will ask you to travel to apartments but will reimburse for mileage accordingly.
