A key part of this is the development of compensation and broader rewards strategies, designing and implementing rewards programs that drive the behaviors and performance required to meet key business goals.
As a Consultant specializing in Sales Effectiveness and Rewards, you will work as part of a team to assist clients by assessing, developing and implementing compensation-related and broader solutions for the salesforce.
You will have the opportunity to work on assignments focused on sales/customer-facing groups and those impacting the non-sales employee population (including executive and non-executive groups).
Using a foundation of data, research, analytics and experience we provide clients insights into their employees, industry and workplace practices.
We draw on those insights to help shape and implement solutions that yield measurable results.
Work on large-scale sales and employee rewards projects that sometimes involve the integration of other HR-related practice areas including communication, change management, organizational design, measurement, career paths and competency developmentDesign, develop and implement sales and employee compensation strategies and programs (e.
g.
sales incentives, base pay, performance management) aimed at addressing clients' business and people prioritiesDesign compensation oriented interventions that may include, but are not limited to incentive plan designs, competitive benchmarking analyses, custom survey development and delivery, salary structure development, modeling of plan costs and incumbent impact, and plan communication/roll-outOversee and direct analyst resources who provide support by:
Analyzing and manipulating large data sets in Excel, or other programs, running summary statistical and correlation analyses and producing graphical outputs to assess the effectiveness of existing incentive plansUndertaking market benchmarking of pay levels against survey dataModeling pay structures and conducting financial impact analyses of alternative new incentive plan designsConducting sensitivity analyses of plan outcomes (aggregate costs and individual payouts) under a series of different performance scenariosPartner with project leads to diagnose our clients' issues, design sales rewards solutions and other recommendationsMaintain knowledge about all of our products and services and key competitors' strengths, weaknesses and selling tacticsClients/PeopleEstablish collaborative relationships with clients to understand their business, identify additional ways to be of service, ensure timely exchange of information and ensure client satisfactionContinually nurture and manage multiple client relationshipsSolicit client feedback and generate opportunities to expand revenueLeverage work to junior staff to deliver work in a cost effective mannerThe Requirements:
Significant knowledge and understanding of sales organizations, focused on compensation and talent management programs for selling rolesDesign oriented compensation experience (3 - 6 years, with flexibility), ideally in both consulting and corporate environmentsExceptional project management and client relationship management skillsStrong analytical skills coupled with the ability to synthesize data and develop insightsAbility to work independently as well as working collaborativelyDesire to support new business development opportunitiesKeen business acumen and proven ability to align clients' business strategies and sales compensation programsSelf-starter who can thrive in a fast paced evolving business environmentExcellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPointExceptional communication skills both written and oralAvailability to travel on an as needed basisBachelors Degree, MBA and or sales and or sales operations experience preferredCompensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000 - $140,000.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
