Key Responsibilities As an Operations Associate, your role will entail:
Organizing and onboarding clients' investment information, ensuring consistent and clear communication Collaborating with the Operations Manager and cross functional stakeholders to rectify and procure investment and account information from fund managers on behalf of our clients Leading the training and management of AI models for reporting information Supervising and managing account updates pertaining to clients and funds Overseeing document organization during tax season Championing product enhancements and new features for our clients Contributing to strategic decisions about The Coterie's roadmap and product direction Identifying opportunities for workflow, system, and product enhancements to increase client and team efficiency Managing ad-hoc projects for clients and our team Skills, Knowledge,Expertise and Qualifications We invite applications from candidates who:

Client-facing experience Previous exposure in wealth management, a family office, fund management, accounting, or related financial sector Familiarity with financial terms such as capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, or K-1s Completed courses in finance or accounting Compensation The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows:
$50,000/year - $75,000/year plus equity, based on experience.
