34 an hour 10 hours ago 10 hours ago 10 hours ago Restaurant Busser The restaurant busser contributes to a pleasant dining experience by cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, or (at times) serving food.
Responsibilities:
Prepares dining room for guests by setting decorations, service plates, and utensils.
Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, and cleaning chalkboards.
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs.
Closes the restaurant by cleaning chairs and tables.
Supports servers and bartenders by performing necessary work duties.
Required Skills/
Responsibilities:
1-2 years prior room service experience in upper-upscale hotel.
Previous Customer Service required.
Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.
Food Handling and Alcohol Service Certifications required.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience required.
2-3 years restaurant experience preferred.
Luxury/Upper-upscale hotel experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee is regularly required to bend, push, squat, pull, kneel, crawl, stand, walk, talk, or hear.
Long hours are sometimes required.
May be required to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to lift a minimum of 20lbs occasionally and 25lbs regularly Company
