Assists in maintaining and repairing the buildings and grounds at a residential property location according to established standards.
Prepares vacant condominiums and/or rental units for occupancy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Supporting all or some of the following processes:
o Service requests o Preventative Maintenance o On-site Purchasing o Preliminary and Final Move-out Inspections Follow up on outstanding service requests and complete warm calls for completed service requests to ensure Brand Standards are being met/exceeded.
Ensure follow-through and close-the-loop processes for maintenance-related customer service matters.
Prepare resident communications, schedule appointments, track, and close preventative maintenance tasks, maintain maintenance files in compliance with company P&P Schedule Preliminary and Final Move-out Inspections for Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Technician Update Maintenance and environmental documentation such as Extermination logs, Fire Safety Inspections logs, Contractor logs, etc.
Support the office and maintenance purchasing process to ensure we are maximizing our purchasing power and creating cost efficiencies.
Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Familiarity with common tools and proficiency in unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Thorough and attentive to detail.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
A degree from a four (4) year university, will consider candidates with a degree from a two (2) year university combined with related experience or Five (5) years or more on-the-job work experience.
Computer skills including internet, e mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
CERTIFICATES and LICENSES:

Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, memos and reports.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
