42 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago POSITION FOR CARGO OPERATION AGENT/SFO CARGO BASIC FUNCTION:
Monitor and coordinate all SQ Cargo office, warehouse and ramp operations.
Supervise all SIAC handling agents during assigned shifts.
Ramp, Warehouse, Security and Office.
MAJOR DUTIES 1.
Oversee cargo build-up and breakdown.
2.
Ensure all cargo build-up are per company's procedure.
3.
Coordinate with Customer Service Team and handling agent to ensure all cargo is moved as booked, and if anything is left behind, to notify Customer Service with an inventory of the on-hand cargo.
4.
Comply with all company procedures such as manuals, bulletins and memos.
5.
Supervise and coordinate with all handling company during aircraft operations.
6.
Ensure to monitor safety and security of SQ Cargo aircraft.
7.
Follow company, local and government safety and securities procedures.
8.
Monitor stations equipment levels as per SGHA.
9.
Follow up with daily SQ Cargo ops emails, HQ and overseas requests.
10.
Prepare turnover of all significant activities to next SQ cargo staff.
11.
Supervisors and Manager may assign any other duties as needed.
12.
To cover the roles of the Senior Operations Officer in its absence.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS 1.
Ability to type and operate computers.
2.
Ability to effectively communicate, analyze and solve problems.
3.
Fluid language skills.
4.
Ability to function well under pressure in difficult situations.
5.
Good planning and organization skills.
6.
Flexible schedule required.
7.
Ability to operate drive and hold a valid CDL.
8.
Perform job duties in a timely and efficient manner.
9.
Ability to pass the following training that is required for the day to day job, Airport Security, Dangerous Goods, Weight and Balance, and Heavy Cargo.
