Reporting to the Global Order Operations leader and working within the Deal Strategy team, and the Licensing team, this role operates across the sales lifecycle by advising our seller's on quoting, order management, and booking policy compliance.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the processing of sales orders to ensure compliance with bookings policy, order guidelines and company procedures Work with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify problems, process gaps and drive on-going process improvements on order processing, deal closure, invoicing, and collections workflows Consult and collaborate with sales
sales leaders, deals desk, licensing and billing teams to ensure quotes are built properly, and orders are processed completely, accurately, and in compliance with the booking policy, as well as revenue recognition guidelines Establish strong relationships with sales, sales leaders and other cross-functional teams Manage the gray areas especially when it comes to balancing growth with operational efficiency as we integrate into the Client's main selling platform Educate and assist the sales team on the usage of the Client's selling platform as we integrate into the platform About You:
Ability to drive strategic decisions, anticipate and resolve challenges through logic and reasoning Excellent judgment and agility in problem solving root issues Demonstrates relentless execution, resourcefulness, and delivering results in challenging situations (aka you get things done!) Top-notch communication and presentation skills, including experience communicating insights through data with sales and rallying cross functional teams through determination and logic Ability to understand policy and drive compliance through conversation Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment Previous experience in quote and/or order management, sales support, or sales operations preferred #LI-DJ1 Recommended Skills Accounts Receivable Agile Methodology Agility Analytical Billing Business Efficiency Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
