Summary:
The Director/Sr.
Director, Marketing will be responsible for managing classical marketing functions in a high-growth company:
product launch planning, market research, product management, product training, and marketing communications programs including the Company's website and social media, HCP materials, and patient materials, etc.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead commercial launch plan activities including product positioning and segmentation, targeting, pricing strategy, sales strategy, and market research efforts.
Lead launch planning process in coordination with other functional areas to ensure seamless launch in various geographies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support Presidio's clinical objectives and medical education.
Continually assess customer satisfaction with product and service.
Collaborate with R&D on product enhancements and new product development and be the voice of the customer interfacing with other functions within the Company.
Develop, implement, and monitor advertising and promotional activities such as marketing materials, public relations, and related items.
Manage company website and work with developers on new content as needed to support strategic marketing plan as the company progresses.
Manage Company presence at relevant scientific, technical, and business meetings and conferences.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the neuromodulation market, clinical environment, and reimbursement landscape and other developments related to Presidio's products.
Carefully monitor the competition and strategically position products to maximize differentiation, market adoption, and revenue growth.
At the appropriate time, build, lead and grow Presidio's marketing team.
Proactively support Presidio's goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations.
Travel up to 25% of the time to ensure consistent and frequent contact with KOLs, clinical sites, support cases and training, and attend critical industry meetings.
Comply with Presidio Medical's quality system requirements as well as any applicable regulatory requirements.
Comply with all health and safety regulations, policies, and work practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
Experience:
8
years related marketing experience in the medical device industry.
Experience in active implantable device strongly desired.
Previous people management experience a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Required Demonstrated experience in developing/executing business, marketing, and launch plans.
Proven track record of bringing products to market through commercial launch planning and execution.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional results without having personnel responsibility over the team members.

years product marketing or other relevant experience in medical device.
Excellent communication and presentation skills Team player who is able to positively motivate team members and collaborate and build good working relationships with other departments.
Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing.
Exceptional knowledge of company products and competitive market.
Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field required.
MBA is a plus.
Physical Demands:
Varied sitting, standing, and walking.
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
