after a little over a year in operation, we're looking to crank things up at both locations AND launch a third location:
San Francisco.
your challenge we're looking for a founder-type to own the roll out and operations of our San Francisco location (and community) end-to-end.
this is a highly open-ended role where you will work closely with the founders to define what the Launch House presence in San Francisco should look like and execute on it.
this role is essentially the CEO of San Francisco - the ideal teammate is extremely detail oriented, a strong executor, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to deliver the best experience for our members.

work directly with the founders to create and execute the strategy for expansion in San Francisco
host dinners, events and other programming for the community featuring elite tech industry guests to drum up excitement before the launch
own the property search process end to end, from discovery to negotiation to launch
leverage our product and remote operations teams to ensure a seamless experience - utilize URL to improve IRL.

post-launch, manager the day-to-day operations and strategy of Launch House San Francisco - this includes the physical property, residency programs, events, and SF member experience
communicate with local members over email, Discord, and Twitter acting as the Launch House representative in San Francisco
4-7
years experience as a founder, venture capitalist, general manager, management consultant, product manager, or other fast-paced leadership role
an MBA from a top tier institution in lieu of work experience
extremely strong network in San Francisco - you know everyone
deep experience or interest in community building, real estate, startups, and web3
an owner's mentality - high output and are execution and detail oriented
strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
unique interpersonal skills and charisma - you enjoy building new relationships
lead from day 1 - you'll have extreme autonomy to build out this multi-million-dollar business line however you see fit.
