Grove is currently seeking a Coordinator for the Grove Brand team in San Francisco.
As the Brand Coordinator for our Grove Co.
products, you will report to the Brand Director and work directly with a broad cross-functional team including sales, marketing, creative and operations to help us build the future of a brand that's striving to change the Homecare category for the better.
We have an exciting packaging rebrand, a refreshed fragrance strategy, ambitious sustainability goals and a jam-packed pipeline to deliver and we need a detail-oriented doer to help us get it done.

We'd love it if it was you!Responsibilities Own, manage and maintain internal data management and project management systems for the Owned Brands business, serving as the team's liaison to the Fintech, Inventory and Site teams Analyze and organize data from multiple sources (syndicated data, POS, market research, retail-specific data) in a clear, concise and actionable format - going beyond the what to the so what to translate it into actionable business recommendations Support new product initiatives for the business unit, using strong project and timeline management skills, working across internal teams, external partners and key leadership stakeholders; partner closely with the Project Manager to drive execution of innovation projects Support the development and distribution of sell-in tools for both retail and our D2C business (milestone presentations, sell in decks, go to market tools, etc.
) for key internal and external meetings Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing programs in retail and on our DTC site, informed by category and competitive research, analysis, and creativity Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience with Nielsen or IRI syndicated data Proficiency in Google Suite or a quick learner who is eager to learn the company's data and project management platforms, i.
e.
, NetSuite, Workfront, Looker Proven experience in brand management or marketing coordination, preferably in the consumer goods industry Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
