As a Product Owner in our Business Technology team, you will partner with our People & Culture (P&C) business partners to enable P&C stakeholders, and all LiveRampers, to do their best people-related work through simple and effective technology and process solutions.
In this role, you will Work with business partners to understand and document the outcomes they need to achieve Design, deliver, document, test and maintain technology solutions that provide the information needed to deliver these outcomes including:
Business Processes Functional specifications & solution design Reports Integrations Training Recommend the optimal technology solutions that will enable outcomes Translate design into stories that will be delivered through agile ways of working Serve as scrummaster for agile ceremonies including backlog prioritization & refinement, sprint planning, sprint execution,etc.
Work with offshore resources to deliver sprint stories, ensuring that they understand requirements and providing QA of their work before release to the business Make configuration updates according to change management processes when needed Respond to high-priority incidents as required Mentor less experienced team members in both Workday design & configuration as well as scrum methodologies About you:
Possess a deep understanding of HR processes.

years of Workday configuration experience in Core HCM, Report Writer, and at least one of the following functional areas:
Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance.
Able to Analyze issues and problems systematically, gathering broad and balanced input, drawing sound conclusions and translating conclusions into timely decisions and actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by colleagues, with a deep sense of humility and openness to the perspectives of others.
Must maintain confidential information.
Experience working with an offshore team who is primarily responsible for delivering configuration changes.
Ability to work well in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the agile software development methodology.
Strong end-user focus, understanding the needs of both technical and non-technical end Approach problems with an innovate and curious mindset, always looking for new and better ways to make people better at their work
