This position requires work at our San Francisco HQ office.

QuickBooks experience highly preferred for this position.
Responsibilities:
Provide executive level administrative support of operational spreadsheets.
Provide support inclusive of administrative, tactical or project based to enable the executives to focus on high level strategic priorities.
Administrative support includes calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense management.
Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Proofreading of memos, emails and presentations Conduct new employee orientation.
Coordinate with accounting to ensure billing takes place in a timely manner.
Develop a tracking mechanism for accounts receivable and follow up with customers as required to ensure timely payment.
Ensure weekly time sheets and expenses for employees and contractors are completed in a timely manner, uploaded to shared drive Desired Skills & Experience 1
years of business experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably Technology Products or Services, extensive knowledge of excel spreadsheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Demonstrate a basic level of business acumen.
Punctuality, professionalism and a positive, cheerful attitude Must work well independently.
Possess excellent verbal communications skills.
