Hiring a Business Development Manager responsible for business development and marketing activities, including planning and strategy, for a specifically assigned market segmentResearches and develops client contacts to identify and prioritize potential partners and customersManage the preparation of proposals and bid submittalsEvaluates timely adjustment of marketing plans and strategies to meet changing economic conditionsAssists in developing objectives and procedures in support of overall corporate goals.
Requirements:

years of proven successful sales development/management results, preferably with a good mix of construction and heavy civil engineering organizationsBachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or Civil EngineeringStrong leadership, management, marketing, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSuccess in translating business strategies into sales strategiesProven ability to develop pursuit strategy for complex infrastructure or similar projectsProven ability to identify, measure and facilitate the Owner's needs during the pre-bid, bid, and project phasesAble to travel up to 50%.
