Summary:
Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams.
Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives.
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives.
Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements.
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions.
Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables.
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems.
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
o Analyze Commercial Banking Risks' business needs and craft business requirements todeliver tool functionality in a timely manner, and drive assigned program elementsthrough Software Development Life Cycle including:
prioritization, documentation,demonstrations, training, and support.
o Lead cross-functional teams across the business, technology, risk, and otherdepartments.
o Support Bank Secrecy Act/Anti Money Laundering (BSA/AML) audit related activities.
o In consultation with partners, design and implement/support process improvements, toimprove speed, efficiency and accuracy of the Cornerstone application.
o Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complexbusiness problems within technology business systems.
o Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effectiveand meet the relevant business requirements.
o Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that requirean in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex businessproblems.
o Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex businessproblems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
o Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using qualitytools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes.
o Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolveissues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedulesand deliverables.
o Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technologyteams.
Qualifications:
o Experience as a Product Owner developing complex business requirements and userstories in the field of Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
o Extensive experience with business software applications for risk and compliancemanagement, preferably with knowledge of the Cornerstone application.
o Experience working in both a Waterfall and Agile SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)methodology.
o Ability to create process flows, process diagrams, user journey maps, mock-ups, ando Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills - able to presentstatus, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
o Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including mido Experience in facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and worksessions.
o Personal dedication and strong work ethic.
o Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task, handle multipleassignments, and prioritize one's own work.
o Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technicalo Ability to take ownership of the task assigned.
