What You'll Do:
Provide excellent customer service by being emphatic and professional in every interaction Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Coordinate with help desk staff to troubleshoot issues.
Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
You must have:

years of experience selling subscription-based services.
Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Cold Calling, Prospecting, and Lead Generation (Desirable).
Advanced English level.
