Responsibilities:

Analyze sales performance, trends, and variances to forecast and budget.
Excel Expertise:
Adept in advanced Excel functions for financial modeling and data analysis.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to aid in forecasting and budgeting.
BI Platforms:
Proficient in utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to extract, analyze, and present key financial metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights.
Sales Finance:
Demonstrate expertise in Sales Finance within a technology-based company.
Provide support for sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and deal structuring.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments including Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Hybrid Work Environment:
Adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work as required.
Foster effective communication within the finance team and across departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus.

years of experience in a finance role within a technology-based company.
Proven experience in Sales Finance and supporting sales teams.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
