Responsibilities:
The candidate should be a seasoned front-end sales/BD professional, proficient in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
They will be responsible for acquiring new clients/customers/logos for Nitor Infotech ,, an Ascendion company, in the Midwest region.
They should have expertise in technology solution sales with a proven track record in IT sales/solution selling.
They should be able to collaborate closely with various technology practices and industry functions.
Targets & Goals:
The candidate should demonstrate a forward-thinking approach towards their goals, building long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
They should build a track record of closing deals and achieving targets exceeding $2 million annually.
They should be able to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as well as contribute to business development as a key member of the North American sales team.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must have The candidate should be highly driven, with proven leadership skills in sales and business development.
They should have experience with outsourced product engineering and professional services firms.
They should demonstrate expertise in product engineering services.
Good to have Excellent working knowledge of the domains and solutions implemented.
Exposure to working with offshore teams is advantageous.
Robust local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations within the region.
