Position Overview:
Ever is in search of a passionate and motivated Electric Car Sales Associate to drive our vision of making electric vehicles a mainstream choice.
As an Electric Car Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with the latest EV models and ensuring a delightful purchasing experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Guide customers through the EV purchasing process, addressing inquiries and providing insightful information.
Respond to leads quickly and effectively.
Sales Excellence:
Showcase and demonstrate EV features to potential buyers.
Conduct test drives and highlight the unique benefits of our electric vehicles.
Work towards monthly sales targets and objectives.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on the latest EV models, features, and industry trends.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of electric vehicles.
Documentation and Compliance:
Assist customers with the necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and standards.
Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Forms is required.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of sales experience is required, preferably in the automotive industry.
Enthusiastic about electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Forms, Adobe Acrobat.
Necessity to work weekends with flexibility to take off weekdays.
Compensation:
Base compensation:
$25/hour - an industry-leading compensation level.
UNCAPPED commissions on sales - your earnings potential is limitless.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexibility, including mandatory weekend coverage, with the flexibility to offer days off during the week.
