Job Summary As a Front desk and Customer Service Representative for the BottleBank Program, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our app users.
Moreover, you will be the first friendly face at the office, landing a hand in some administrative tasks.
Your primary responsibility is to address customer inquiries, assist with any technical issues or malfunctions, and provide guidance and support related to the app's functionalities.
However, your role transcends traditional support - it's a commitment to fostering a green, sustainable, and exceptional user experience.
As the face of BottleBank, you'll champion our mission to revolutionize recycling in San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities Join the BottleBank team and become the go-to hero for our users! Your main task is being the friendly face behind the app, helping users navigate with ease.
Greet stakeholders dropping by at the office Help out the office with some administrative tasks Dive into inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, focusing on quick solutions and friendly assistance.
Help customers troubleshoot and fix app hiccups Manage accounts smoothly:
think password resets, account recovery, and user profile TLC.
Share user insights with our development team to help app-development, and to improve customer satisfaction.
