Experience Required Digitally proficient - comfortable in a PC-based environment Experienced and fully functional with Microsoft Office and Google Suite apps CRM experience a major plus Customer service experience a plus Jewelry industry experience helpful but not required Skills Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly effective interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills - proven attention to detail Creative problem solving ability Ability to master new technology solutions quickly and efficiently Job Tasks Will Include Scheduling and calendar maintenance Shipping & Receiving/mail processing Inventory control Client communication/correspondance via phone, text, email Handling of customer inquiries as needed Data entry, management and reporting Assisting with preparations for client meetings Assisting with product photography Assisting owners with email communication and client follow up contact Errands and miscellaneous tasks as needed Education:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
