We are looking for a person who is continuously seeking improvements to enable team, store, and company growth.
Supporting the current Senior Project Manager on all tasks and projects to meet scheduling deadlines.
Hours:

00 AM - 5:
00 PM Monday-Friday Compensation:
$26-$28 per hour/DOE Primary Job
Responsibilities:
Manage emails and report information to the project manager Answer phone calls and assist customers with general project inquiries Schedule on site estimate visits for the company CEO.
Coordinate meetings with clients and vendors Write up/Dispatch service calls Manage comprehensive lists to all pending items Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner Skills and
Experience:
Multi-task and thrive in a busy environment Effectively problem solve in a team or individual environment Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 Task Oriented Maintain high levels of customer service at all times Excellent communication skills - written/verbal Fast Learner and Software Intuitive Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision Detail-oriented and highly organized
