About the RoleWe're looking for a Head of Sales to lead our Account Executive and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams.
Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll work together to achieve our ambitious revenue goals and accelerate the company's growth.
You'll be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle and develop winning strategies from first touch to final close.
This leadership role is for someone who can adapt and succeed in a dynamic environment and guide a high-performing team to exceed targets.
You'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth.
You'll partner closely with our Head of Marketing and other leaders at the company to establish and close new accounts.
You'll deploy creative strategies to keep deals moving forward and close the deal.
This role is based in-office in San Francisco with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
Your Impact Define and execute our sales strategy:
Analyze market trends, develop sales goals, and find new growth opportunities.
Build and lead a high-caliber sales team:
Recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
Work towards efficiency:
Implement sales processes that streamline our pipeline, optimize deal flow, and close complex deals faster.
Analyze sales data:
Track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Build strong relationships:
Build and maintain rapport with leadership, cross-functional partners, internal teams, and customers.
Your Strengths 10
years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS platform software.
3
years of experience managing a Sales team.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:
Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow, preferably with experience working in a growth stage (Series A to Series D) startup environment.
Enterprise Sales:
Experience selling to and managing the Enterprise segment (companies w/ 1k
employees).
Experience managing a pipeline, and proven track record of success exceeding team quota at a company in Sprig's category of product insights (eg Amplitude, Mixpanel, Qualtrics) or a company that primarily sells to product teams (eg.
Miro, Segment, Productboard).

Employee Pay DisclosureThe base salary range for this full-time position is $325,000 - 400,000 OTE
