Union Position available at 70 year old Italian Butcher Shop Located in Sunset !!! We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our staff as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier.
In this union based role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Skills:
- Strong knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions - Excellent sales skills to promote products and upsell when appropriate - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling - Experience with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required - Knowledge of the food industry and culinary skills is a plus Requirements:
