You'll be responsible for greeting visitors, answering telephone calls/email, creating marketing materials for agents (statements, postcards, and CMA), updating MLS listings, monthly reports, keeping our website and social media updated, onboarding new agents, and scheduling team meetings.
You'll also be in charge of the office budget and ordering supplies.

Location San Francisco, CA Responsibilities Produce and update new MLS listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information Schedule team appointments, events, and speakers Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment Complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure the monthly budget is adhered to Provide assistance to realtors when needed Qualifications High school diploma, G.

or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience QuickBooks Real Estate Software (Back Office, Mail Chimp, Skyslope, etc) Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Canva, etc) Real estate license preferred but not required 2
years of experience in office administrative assistance, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel Excellent time management skills Extremely punctual Familiarity with RingCentral a plus Detail Oriented Good communication skills in the form of both written and verbal communication Team player with a can do attitude Treats all clients and team members with respect Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Highly organized The ability to regularly lift 15 lbs.
