Responsibilities:
- Make sure building entrance doors stay open during business hour - Hourly rounds checking building, and closing building at end of the day - Assist and maintain safety and security of building and individuals within - Provide assistance to building tenants, owners, and visitors - Report concerns, repairs needed, and emergencies, etc.
- Other tasks assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- 1
year experience with customer service or people person - Candidate must be very RELIABLE and ON-TIME, organized and pay attention to detail - Able to quickly learn new tools and technologies - Able to work independently and willing to perform a variety of tasks - Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Job Type:
