, established in 2010 with a new office in San Francisco, is looking for a Part-Time Project Associate to support ambitious growth in the international economic field, with a view to increasing delivery on diverse and impactful projects for organizations like USAID.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Project Associate to assist with various aspects of project research and administration.
Prior experience working in international development (especially international trade), international political economy, international economy/law, public policy or similar fields strongly preferred.
Any experience working with projects under USAID or philanthropic organizations focused on international development also preferred.
Knowledge of the Pacific or Southeast Asia region would be a plus.
In this role, you will provide crucial support in project administration and research activities.

Responsibilities:
Assist in project setup and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Track project milestones and deadlines, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Manage timesheets and assist in the preparation of project invoices.
Conduct policy research and literature reviews to support project delivery (international trade, international political economy).
Draft documents such as reports, proposals, and presentations based on research findings.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
Graduate student or someone returning to work with a background in economic development, international political economy, international trade, or related fields.
Previous experience working with USAID or philanthropic organizations (in international development) preferred.
Knowledge or experience working in the Pacific or Southeast Asia region is a plus.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
EXCELLENT research abilities, with experience in policy analysis, literature reviews and ability to clearly express complex ideas.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
