company, needs a Director (multiple openings) in San Francisco, CA to develop sales engineering strategies, including sales excellence and business performance analytics, to drive growth of Visa Direct, a global real-time money movement network.
Manage, lead, and develop sales engineering strategies for Visa Direct Specialized Sales Groups, as well as deliver best practices, and manage and deliver multi-year and annual operating business plans and executive reviews.
Develop and manage Visa Direct and Global Ecosystem scorecards, targets, and goal setting processes by working closely with Finance, Sales, and the New Flows business unit.
Support ongoing business update requests from other teams, such as Investor Relations, Finance, Internal Audits, and Global Product Delivery, and analyze and review performance data and identify and solve any discrepancies.
Leverage custom analytics to gain business insights on impacts, opportunities, and network effects.
Lead strategic and financial planning, goal setting, performance management, project management, pricing, competitive tracking, business process reengineering, client support programs, and management reporting.
Develop materials to highlight business plans, strategic focuses, and overall goals.
Lead the development of processes and materials for executive business reviews.
Collaborate with Product to build materials on business strategies and updates, such as push payments network strategies, ecosystem readiness, product development roadmaps, and commercialization strategies, and develop product value propositions and messaging to internal and external audiences.
Provide thought leadership and deliver narratives in the form of presentations, speeches, talking points, and analyses at internal and external events.
Position reports to the Employer s San Francisco, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
QualificationsEmployer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a business planning and operations--related occupation.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
