S locations The Associate Manager, National Relationships, provides support to the VP of National Relationships.
Together, they oversee the management of Burns & Wilcox s National Retail Partners and ensure company s continued growth through solid relationships within the industry.

Help identify dormant and new business opportunities within B & W s national agency partnersEducate clients on B&W's capabilities and incentivesWork with producers to help introduce and drive opportunities in regional and local agenciesMeet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals in new business salesManage work flow with producers making sure diligent follow ups are taking placeCreating a sales pipeline for each broker getting leads and attending meetingsUtilize outbound calls to set up appointments for production staffAttend Regional and Local sponsored events of agency partners as assignedTrack and report on activity, successes, and challenges faced biweeklyConducts effective negotiations within field of expertise/authority levelIdentifies areas where the team can extend partnership with clients beyond current project(s)Stay abreast of news and updates regarding national agency partnersQualificationsBachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 5 years of insurance industry experience; excess & surplus experience preferredDemonstrated proficiency in sales and marketingAbility to travel 35-40%Client centric and demonstrated ability to collaborate, build, and maintain relationshipsProven organization skills and ability with a strong attention to detailPossesses the ability to deliver presentations in a professional mannerInsurance license, CPCU, CIC or comparable designations preferredCompensation:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
