As a Recruiting Manager, you ll be responsible for leading and growing the Recruiting team globally, partnering with the Instabase Leadership team as we seek to grow the Company to achieve our ambitious vision and mission.

years full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth software companyAdept at recruiting for recruiting (R4R) with the ability to build a world class Recruiting teamStrong, empathetic team leader with proven experience leading high-performance teams and cultivating individual team member growthProactive and collaborative partner to company leadership with experience working across multiple stakeholders and business verticalsComfortable working from strategy through executionA Sourcer at heart who is willing to dive in and do the IC work, leading by example and carrying reqs as a player-coachThe on target earnings (OTE) for this role is $195,000 to $220,000
