DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in San Francisco, CA.
Duties Includes:
Program Manager creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures As a Program Manager, you will minimize our exposure and risk on project Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately Defines, plans, and implements the goals and milestones associated with all application development or system projects Oversees the analysis, design, execution, and support of all assigned projects, including resource planning, team selection, performance appraisals, and budgets Formal project management will also entail the usage of a standardized project management methodology to guide all projects in a consistent, organized, and reliable mannerRequirements Bachelor's degree or Certification PMP, CPM Typically, more than 10 years of applicable experience 5
years of accounting experience in real estate and/or construction 3
years of recent supervisory experience Extensive knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Excel Team player with strong leadership capabilities Excellent communication skillsPreferred Skills/
Experience:
CPA preferred Applicable professional certifications, including CISA, CISSP, AZ-900 or CRISC Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business Advanced understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects, and people Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applicationsJob TypeContractCompensation40 - $60.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
