About the RoleThe Director of CRM plays an essential role in developing and supporting Old Navy s CRM strategies.
This data driven, customer focused individual will be part of the CRM team whose objective is to understand customer behaviors that drive long term value, loyalty and engagement.
This Director will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for optimization, personalization, and demand generation across the Mar-Tech stack.
What You'll DoDrive personalization across all owned digital channels (Site, Email, Push, SMS) Identify opportunities to unlock incremental demand generation w/ in Mar-Tech stack:
CDP, CMS, Vendor Platforms Email, App, SMS Develop brand roadmap for technology implementation & capability deployment as it pertains to CRM
PersonalizationCombine customer data and analytics, consumer insights and market research to understand areas of opportunity Develop learning agenda to influence personalization testing in line with overarching CRM strategy and company priorities Recommend segmentation, targeting, and personalization tactics to improve response & conversion and maximize marketing ROIOversee budget management across all channels referenced aboveDevelop analysis, reports and hind sights to share with key stakeholders Who You AreStrong quantitative background, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and solve complex problems Deep understand of marketing technology and capabilitiesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams Comfort navigating large company environment Customer-obsession, entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, bias towards action and a well-rounded skill set 5-7 years of experience in a CRM or marketing role, preferably in a retail environment Strong data analysis and Excel skills Benefits at Old NavyMerchandise discount for our brands:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
