Manager of Partner Operations who can roll up their sleeves and drive our day-to-day Channel Operations & OEM Sales Region on a worldwide basis.

Your role is vital to ensuring our sales team can recruit, onboard, certify, and build pipeline with the largest cybersecurity companies on planet earth.
The individual should be agile and able to work directly with channel sales and our OEM sales organizations.
This role requires someone who is detail oriented and comfortable in Salesforce, Excel, & Allbound, our partner portal.
The Sr Manager, Partner Operations is responsible for supporting the functions essential to channel sales productivity, OEM sales operations, and sales drag reduction.
These include annual planning, monthly KPI/Metrics, partner portal roadmap, deal registration, partner planning process, channel sales job design, and channel sales program implementation.

This role requires work done both strategy and day-to-day transaction execution.
Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Sr.
Manager, Partner Operations works closely with the Vice President of Channel Sales along with the regional channel account managers and our VP of OEM Sales to optimize our channel go to market approach.
The position will be onsite, working from our San Francisco, Tampa, or New Jersey office.
What You Will Be DoingPartner with VP Global Channels & VP of Revenue Operations in executing the channel sales strategy including quota and coverage model and developing channel sales planning initiatives.
Partner with VP of OEM Sales on day-to-day sales operations in support of sales to the largest cybersecurity companies.
Upgrade our channel partner portal reducing sales drag and improving both Channel Account Manager and our channel partners productivity.
Work with VP Global Channels & VP of Revenue Operations on data/metrics reporting, channel sales trends, and channel partners
team/individual quota performance analyses.
Work with VP Global Channels and Channels Team on:
Channel partner operation support:
training plans, onboarding, and enablement process.
Optimizing the Channel Partner Portal, Allbound.
Evaluate technology platforms that can enhance channel productivity.
Channel partner annual business planning process and related quarterly business reviews.
Assisting on the evolution of the OPSWAT Partner Program and all related items.
Remove sales drag by analyzing the deal registration process to increase both OPSWAT and partner efficiency in deal registration.
Margin and profitability analysis of the various channel sales motions.
Collaborating with Revenue Operations Salesforce Platform team to optimize Sales Cloud for scaling our channel revenue.
Quarterly analysis and metrics/KPI for the channel organization.
Ad hoc projects related to channel operations that are requested by senior leadership.
What We Need From YouBachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
5-7 years of channel sales operations / partner operations experience in high technology space, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
Experience leading partner portal technology improvements including business requirement documentation, collaboration with technical teams, & user acceptance testing.
Metrics driven and know-how to develop alignment & accountability within your team.
A self-motivator who thrives in a growing and unpredictable environment.
Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.
Extensive knowledge of SFDC and PRM experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A successful track record of working effectively at all levels within the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills.
Meeting management and group process facilitation skills are required.
We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location.
The base pay for this position is dependent on location as outlined below, as well as the knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible for a bonus, benefits, and equity.
Base Pay Range - San Francisco:
$176,000 - $190,000.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
