Principal Consultant - Healthcare
Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking a Principal Consultant-Healthcare, highly motivated individual with healthcare industry expertise, for one of our clients.
In the role of Principal Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your domain, functional and technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, Development and Design.

Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA or be willing to relocate to the area.
This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
At least 8 years of experience in Java Full stack development including Spring, Hibernate, Spring BootAt least 3 years of experience in Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure Cloud)U.

citizens and those authorized to work in the U.
S.

Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with Big data/Hadoop, Kafka, Hive etc.
Excellent experience doing hands on development and in creating architecture for large complex development projects.
Experience leading technical teams in large development programs in Insurance domain.
Track record of providing thought leadership in Insurance domain.
Strong business consulting skills associated with engagement spanning over 12-18 months.
Good Knowledge of SDLC processes.
Good communication skill and should be able to adapt in Client Implementation.
Eager to learn and apply new technology in large transformation programs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with ability to foster team spirit and motivation to resolve conflict & meet deadlines.
Team collaboration and escalation management skills.
Client communication and stakeholder management.
