Program Manager, Customer Immersion

The successful candidate will join the Global Product Services (GPS) team within Meta s Global Operations (GO) organization, dedicated to building a service engine that solves today's customers problems and prevents tomorrow's.
The team combines deep product expertise with operational and analytical skills to design and manage scalable processes that support millions of advertisers across multiple products.
GPS is made up of multiple teams that focus on connecting product teams with customers, alpha/beta product testing, and providing operational and technical support for business products.
A Customer Immersion is a series of conversations that bring product teams and customers together around a focused topic, driving product development by creating a better understanding of real-life business challenges, market opportunities and industry insights.
The management of the immersion experiences is critical in providing learning opportunities for our product teams, and in fostering mutually valuable exchanges between our partners and Facebook.
As an Immersion Program Manager, you will partner with product teams (Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and others) to provide best in class end-to-end operational and strategic support to enable seamless and high-quality engagements with businesses.
You will prioritize immersion requests and manage immersion execution, allowing FB product teams to connect with clients around the globe and creating a platform for business to share insights.
Program Manager, Customer Immersion ResponsibilitiesRun cross-functional virtual meetings to understand immersion goals and to prepare teams for direct client interactionsWork with our Sales teams to identify appropriate clients for each client meetingWork directly with clients to coordinate scheduling of client meetings and set expectationsCompile key product and market information into client briefs and immersion prep documentsWork with vendors to provide in market translation supportCoordinate and lead team debrief sessionsCommunicate proactively to mitigate challenges, roadblocks in immersion preparationSimultaneously manage multiple immersion projects on different product teamsMinimum Qualifications2

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
