PART-TIME Warehousing & Office Installation

HOURS CAN BE LESS THAN 15HRS PER WEEK AND HOURS ARE NOT GUARANTEED This role requires travel within San Francisco and the Bay Area, a valid drivers license & Access to a Vehicle Codi workspaces offer secure, inspiring and collaborative work environments with quality furnishing and amenities.
This role will serve as our right hand and boots-on-the-ground for all things Installation.
Codi Operations involves juggling many moving parts when setting up, maintaining or breaking down new workspaces.
We provide our clients with amenities, service & furnishing on time, every time.
Responsibilities You will play a big role in preparing Codi workspaces with furniture & amenity warehousing, set-up & breakdown:
Assisting with warehousing inventory, shipping and receiving You'll connect directly with our Installation Vendor & Operations team for scheduled furniture delivery, pickup, installation times You'll utilize checklists to ensure that all items are dropped off, unboxed, installed, assembled and ready for our client's first day You're willing to do install furniture in multiple locations per week and even per day You'll sometimes complete report forms and share them with the Installation Vendor at the end of shifts You'll be responsible for picking up and moving furniture from one location to another Requirements Must have your own set of standard tools (electric screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, drill) Ability to be scheduled for long shifts (4-8hrs)or multiple shifts (minimum 1hr) on available days 1-2 years experience of furniture assembly Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs Knowledge of how to install monitors for plug and play use (hdmi, usb-c) Must have an iPhone 11 or newer (required to use our contractor app) and the ability to take good photos and videos Tech-savvy (e.
g.
clock-in apps, slack, google suite, forms, zoom & google hangout), how to upload photos from your phone into a form or checklist You have excellent customer service and communication skills If this sounds like you, we can't wait to meet you!
