Job DescriptionDevelop fee proposals and oversee all invoicing to clientsIdentify opportunities to improve cost and project management procedures, templates and productsKnowledge management Ensure that key information and learn generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.
Process improvement Identify and act upon ways to improve internal systems and processesQuality Control Ensure compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO auditsIdentify and act upon cross-selling opportunitiesAttend relevant networking event and other promotional opportunitiesStaff management Input into the formal management of Associate, Senior & Project Consultants and recruitment interviewsUndertake Staff Performance reviewsKnowledge management Ensure that key information and learning generated from each commission is input into the company s internal databaseFinancial management Utilize the tools provided keep track of the ongoing margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts for each commissionEDUCATION AND

Consultant or any other job title performing the following job duties:
Developing detailed cost estimates from drawings and specificationsProviding cost forecasting reports to maintain the budgetAssisting with negotiating costsReviewing scopes of work to assess any redundancies in the design process and recommend ways to reduce costsCompleting monthly cost reportsPerforming cost auditsCompleting Take Off (Measurement of Quantities) reports.
Analyzing project performance metrics to ensure accordance with budgetary restrictionsSALARY RANGE:
