Job Requisition ID #24WD77112Position OverviewAutodesk's Digital Customer Experiences team is looking for a Senior Platform Product Manager, with a track record of building systems that scale for medium to large organizations.
You'll help us elevate the user experience and digital functionality for our customers with a number of horizontal capabilities.
This is an exciting time to join our team, as we are reinventing the digital customer experience for millions of customers.
You will be reporting to our Senior Director of Product, and you'll partner with internal technical teams, business analytics team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.
You'll help us determine and prioritize what capabilities are needed for Autodesk to grow and scale exponentially.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and prioritize a data-driven platform product roadmapDefine clear hypotheses and put mechanisms in place to track success over time and identify opportunity for improvementsWork with data to understand customer pain points, opportunities and use cases while translating them into technical requirementsPartner with our customer teams to understand and articulate user points of view, and translate these into product requirementsPartner with UX team to shape viable user experiencesManage backlog and prioritize development efforts, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in testingParticipate in improving quality testing best practicesBe an ambassador for quality and articulate the importance to product development teams and internal partnersNurture customer and stakeholder relationshipsCraft effective communications to stakeholders, communicating on deployment progress through regular product roadmap updatesEnsure transparency, agreement, and understanding of team focus and direction among extended team membersBe the solution expert when dealing with specialists and important partnersMinimum Qualifications 8-10 years product management experience preferably within software, SaaS, or e-commerce industries, minimum of 5 years of experience working on platform product managementUniversity degree in a related field (e.

by visiting Salary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesk s competitive compensation package.
For U.
S.
-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,000 and $216,700.
Offers are based on the candidate s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
