We value candidates with a proven track record of longevity in previous nanny roles and a strong work ethic.
In this role, your primary focus will be providing loving and attentive care to our children.
As they grow older, the position will transition into more of a family assistant role, giving you the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of household management.
The position includes one date night per week, preferably on Friday evenings, as well as travel 3-5 times per year.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience with toddler and young school-age children, demonstrating a genuine love and passion for supporting their understanding and developmental milestones.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a busy household.
Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
The ability to adapt and anticipate the family's needs and routines.
Flexibility to work 8-12 hour days and travel as needed.
Seeking a long-term position with a 5
year commitment.
To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements:
A minimum of 5-10 years of recent, professional experience.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally with the family 3-5 times per year.
Strong English communication skills.
Impressive references from past employers, showcasing reliability and professionalism in previous roles.
Willingness to pass two background checks:
Trustline and Nanny Verify, ensuring the safety and security of our family.
Valid U.
S.
citizenship or work authorization.
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
CPR certification (if applicable).
Current vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
