Summary:
We are seeking a Director, Revenue Enablement at Airwallex to drive significant impact across our go-to-market teams.
In this role, you will take ownership of global enablement content organization, content quality standards, and enablement tools.
Working closely with sales, enablement, strategy, and product teams, you will curate targeted and highly effective enablement content to enhance the performance of our customer-facing organization.
Your responsibilities will include orchestrating content owners to curate and create global content, ensuring alignment with our enablement strategy, and optimizing our enablement systems and tools to increase team productivity.

Responsibilities:
Develop Enablement Vision and Charter:
Collaborate with commercial leadership to devise short, medium, and long-term enablement vision and charter.
Create foundational enablement operating systems, processes, and quarterly plans.
Content Development and Execution:
Conduct research into the current sales process to identify challenges and map out improvements.
Devise and execute a roadmap for enablement foundations, creating a global standard.
Drive collaboration across regional enablement teams to share best practices and content.
Define global quality standards for training and enablement content.
Partner with product and product marketing to create effective enablement content.
Optimization of Enablement Processes and Systems:
Lead cross-functional initiatives to align enablement efforts with overall business objectives and sales strategies.
Develop and deliver targeted training programs to address specific skill gaps and enhance team performance.
Monitor key performance metrics to measure effectiveness of enablement efforts.
Own and scale global revenue enablement tools, evolving systems as needed.
Drive cross-functional teams to improve enablement system adoption.
Analyze user activity and impact, and drive development of enablement reporting and analytics.
Delivery and Driving Global Content Best Practices:
Coordinate and deliver global training as needed.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify coaching opportunities and provide ongoing support to enable sales managers as effective coaches.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
Continuous Improvement and Thought Leadership:
Act as a thought leader and advocate for sales enablement within the organization, promoting its importance and driving awareness of its impact on revenue growth.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development among team members.
Qualifications:
Proven experience building and scaling enablement functions.
Experience working in SMB & ENT, plus SaaS delivery model.
Self-starter mentality with a track record of successful plans execution.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Salesforce experience (or similar CRM) required.
Experience with Confluence and Google Drive; familiarity with HighSpot/Seismic, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Outreach preferred.
Scale-up or fintech experience is a plus.
Experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales operations in high-growth tech startups or management consulting is advantageous.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.
Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location.
US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits.
US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
